Fresh blueberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and a little honey come together in refreshing frozen bites with just three ingredients. These easy make-ahead treats are naturally fruity, lightly sweet, and perfect for a cool snack straight from the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Rinse the blueberries and pat them completely dry.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth.
  3. Lightly mash about half the blueberries with a fork, leaving the rest whole.
  4. Gently swirl the mashed and whole blueberries into the sweetened yogurt to create a marbled mixture.
  5. Spoon the mixture evenly into 8 small silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined plate in bite-sized mounds.
  6. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. Remove the bites from the molds or parchment and serve frozen.

Notes & Tips

  • Silicone molds make it easy to remove the frozen bites and give them a neat shape, but a parchment-lined plate works too.
  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture and to help the bites hold their shape.
  • Mash some of the blueberries to create a purple swirl; leave some whole for little bursts of fruit.
  • Store in an airtight freezer-safe container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Let the bites sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 minutes if they are too firm straight from the freezer.
  • Nutrition is estimated per bite using plain nonfat Greek yogurt and honey.
