Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast

Tender turkey breast seasoned with garlic, rosemary, thyme, sage, and fresh lemon, then roasted until juicy and flavorful. Naturally high in lean protein and low in carbohydrates, this simple roast makes a wholesome centerpiece for dinner and provides excellent leftovers for salads, wraps, and meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Pat turkey breast dry with paper towels and place in a lightly greased roasting dish.
  3. Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, sage, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Rub the herb mixture evenly over all sides of the turkey breast.
  5. Roast for 50–70 minutes, or until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Remove from oven and loosely cover with foil.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
